Our clear ice is crafted over a week-long process using water that is filtered and then purified using a reverse osmosis process to remove every impurity ensuring a cleaner and clear product.
We then hand cut all of our pieces using a range of different bandsaws.

Tempering Your Ice
Tempering Your Ice
To avoid cracking or shattering these awesome ice cubes you need to temper them before adding liquid to the glass, this is acheive but giving the ice about 60 seconds to sit in room temp air.

Why Clear Ice?
Clear ice through the manufacturing process is made substaintaily denser than normal ice, so it melts slower and doesn't affect the flavour of the drink, while chilling faster than normal ice.
